We cordially invite you to join us on Wednesday evenings for an exceptional dining experience as we embark on a culinary journey exploring diverse regions and cooking styles.
January Series: Sauce Making Cooking Class
This evening will feature a hands-on demonstration of preparing the classic mother sauces. The evening will include a 5-course meal, each course incorporating the sauces made during the class, while enjoying a selection of our favorite wines.
Includes:
- hors d'oeuvres
- custom apron for each participant
- wine pairing for the evening
- prepping, cooking, and enjoying a multi-Course meal

February Series: A Tour of Mexico 2.0
Back by popular demand, we are excited to announce our next theme for the Wednesday night dining series: A Tour of Mexico 2.0. The chefs will be serving a multi-course tasting menu inspired and rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the diverse and vibrant cuisine of Mexico at the Chef's Counter at FOUR. A Tour of Mexico 2.0 will begin Wednesday, February 5th. The cost is $150 per guest not including tax, gratuity, and any beverages. Please inquire prior to booking at info@4springstreet.com, as not all allergies may be accommodated.
