The Chef's Counter at FOUR is a fine dining restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York. FOUR's 10-seat chef's counter is housed in a restored shingle cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. The Chef' Counter at FOUR connects to sister restaurant, 2 Spring, by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris.
On Thursday through Saturday, the restaurant offers a multi-course dining experience of 12- to 15- courses that lasts 2 and half hours. It is a uniquely immersive & interactive dining experience, where the rules, boundaries, and norms of typical dining do not apply.

August Series: Tequila & Tacos
Starting August 6th, we’re excited to welcome you to Tequila & Tacos, a flavorful evening that brings together the heart of tradition and the soul of great food. Enjoy a chef-led tasting with freshly made totopos, esquites, and an array of tacos. The experience is priced at $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity not included.
October Series: Oktoberfest
Celebrate Oktoberfest at The Chef’s Counter, launching Wednesdays starting October 1st. Indulge in a chef-guided tasting menu inspired by classic German flavors, featuring elevated dishes like pork shank, cheese spaetzle, and veal sausage. Priced at $150 per person, excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages.
November & December Series: Cooking Class
Join us this November & December for an exclusive cooking event at The Chef's Counter at FOUR. Experience a 4-Course tasting menu that you'll craft alongside acclaimed Chefs Jesse Schenker and James Bowen. Enhance your culinary skills by learning new techniques and discovering new recipes while enjoying a selection of our favorite wines & spirits. This lively evening offers an opportunity to interact with participants and chefs alike, making it a perfect gift for couples, aspiring chefs, food enthusiasts, and home cooking aficionados. This experience includes wine pairing, hors d'oeuvres, prepping, cooking, & enjoying a 4-Course meal and Cost is $295 per person, includes tax, gratuity, and experience.
